LOL.
The only thing I'd dispute is that I'm more likely to be the one farting, other than that... .

just a few comments from reading the replies...
while its good practise to write proper hollywood formatted scripts if you wanna get anywhere, if you wish to include camera directions on a script for your own personal use to film then do it. People worry too much about getting things done the hollywood way and less about actually making something that doesnt suck, personaly i couldnt quite imagine all these shots but i got the impression that in your head you had it all mapped out so good on ya. Just bare in mind if you ever sent a script off to someone else to read this is a big no no.
the other piont is although its somewhat disapionting to read "Much shooting and killing." instead of nice description becos it just doesnt sound terribly exciting this is how alot of scripts are written. All the Lord of the rings scripts just say something to the effect of "They draw swords and fight" becos at the end of the day its not thier job as a writer to design fight scenes. While i think its probably different in gun fights becos its usually one slit second action that kills someone rather than a prolonged duel just bare this in mind.
The thing that is horrible in this script (and my only real criticism) is the Matrix thing. Personaly i think adding matrix effects to every other film is embarrisingly bad and anyone that did it i would think they were dumb trying to be cool but failing badly... but thats not what i object to especialy in this script. Its the fact not only do you copy a really cliche effet in a vein attempt to be cool you write "Multiple shots of six shooter's shooting in MATRIX STYLE slow motion". Dude, you cant mention the film by name if you are going to ripp it off. I would be very reluctant to add any other films name during a script at all.
If you want to get some visual flair in a shoot out then watch the quick and the dead, the camera work during the fight outs is pure masturbatory but makes for exciting viewing.

It depends what kinda' Western you're after.
If it's the early John Wayne movies, then the bad guy in black good guy in white sounds fine-However, many of those movies turn out cheesy.
If I was you, I'd ditch the cliches.
Have the good guy in a poncho and the bad guy as a Mexican!!!
